Due to the end of the Nova Scotia’s State of Emergency and easing of COVID-19 restrictions under the Public Health Order on March 21, 2022, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (CNSOPB) has rescinded the supporting “Order Respecting Essential Employees” originally issued on March 25, 2020 and revised on April 29, 2020. The rescinded Order has been replaced with a Safety Notice relating to COVID-19.
