The Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (CNSOPB) and the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) have undertaken a joint review of the Drilling and Production Guidelines (the Guidelines). The Guidelines were effective March 31^st, 2011.
